EMMA GODDARD - SPECIAL PROJECTS

Emma has headed up popular factual and documentary development slates and has a reputation for creating big access-based and blue-chip documentary series that offer compelling narratives, character and story. Her development credits include BBC Two’s award winning series Hospital which took a 360 look at an NHS hospital in unprecedented times, Inside the Real Narcos for Channel 4/Netflix fronted by Jason Fox, filmed in Mexico, Peru and Colombia and A Very British Hotel Chain for Channel 4.

She also developed and exec produced an iconic charactter-led series for BBC Two Last Chance Lawyer: NYC about the world of a maverick Brooklyn defence attorney and London Zoo: An Extraordinary Year for ITV which she also co-exec'd during lockdown. Prior to development she was an experienced documentary producer making films on everything from child beauty pageants to neurological disorders and fast-turnaround news docs.
