CLAIRE RIDDELL - PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

Claire began her career as a Production Assistant/Manager in commercials, music promos and short films. She moved across to television in 2010 and worked her way up from Production Coordinator to Production Manager as a freelancer at companies such as Boundless Productions, TwentyTwenty, betty TV and Windfall Films on a range of entertainment and factual output.

Since joining Rare TV in 2018, Claire has worked on productions including Digging for Britain, Hornby: A Model World, Ice Airport Alaska, Searching for Michael Jackson’s Zoo and The Sheriffs Are Coming, during which time she has progressed to Line Producer and is now Production Executive.

Claire works closely with Ben, our Head of Production delivering budgets/schedules, and productions on time, and plays a key role in the recruitment, retention, and development of the Production Management team at Rare.

Claire is also our mental health advocate and works closely with our senior team members and the Film and TV Charity to promote wellbeing across the company.

Claire’s favourite thing about working at Rare TV is the team she has around her, and the space the company gives her to learn and grow her understanding of what it takes to run a production company.

In her spare time, Claire can usually be found in her garden (tending to her many fern plants!) sketching or leaping around a badminton court with her village team!
